Ingredients

1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)

1 cup Flabby Daddy Spinach Artichoke dip mix

4 large eggs

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)

Steps

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil, then fit the pie crust into the dish. Prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.

Stir in the Flabby Daddy Spinach Artichoke dip mix, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until fully incorporated.

Add the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until evenly distributed.

Pour the spinach artichoke mixture into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
