Ingredients
12 fresh jalapeño peppers
2 Tbsp Flabby Daddy Beer Cheese Dip Mix
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Olive oil, for drizzling
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional, for garnish)
Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice each jalapeño pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes carefully.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Flabby Daddy Beer Cheese Dip Mix, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, and garlic powder. Mix until well incorporated.
Spoon the cheese mixture generously into each jalapeño half.
