Prepare:
To make a Creamy Dip, stir mix with: 1 cup sour cream & 1 cup real mayonnaise
To make a Fresher Dip, stir mix with: 2 cups sour cream
To make a Low-Fat Dip, stir mix with: 2 cups plain non-fat yogurt or lite sour cream
To make a Spread, stir mix with: 8 oz. cream cheese & 1/4 cup milk

Prepare:
To make a Warm Dip beat mix with: 16 oz. room temperature Cream Cheese & 1/3 cup Milk. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring half-way through.

Why “Flabby Daddy”?
I grew up in Springfield Massachusetts in a blue collar family. Mom worked in an office during the day and kept herself busy with direct sales, bowling and softball. Dad was a truck driver for a local restaurant chain. He did that for over thirty years before retiring. I have fond memories of packing up my Barbie dolls and Holly Hobbie sleeping bag and hitting the road with him. Back in the 70’s & 80’s, CB handles were all the rage and everyone had one. My name was Sweet Potato and my dad’s was Flabby Daddy. I can’t think of a better way to honor those memories with him.
